MiniDIN-6 Cable Set

Connect your Mobilinkd TNC to the TNC connector of your mobile or base rig with this cable.  1m long, with a 6-pin mini-DIN TNC connector on one end to connect the radio and a 4-pole 3.5mm plug to connect the TNC.

The cable set contains both the MiniDIN-6 TNC cable and the MiniDIN-6 AFSK cable adapter.

This cable connects the 9600 baud discriminator output pin (pin 4) to the TNC's input.  The adapter routes the 1200 baud de-emphasized audio output (pin 5) to the TNC's input.

This cable set is needed for the Yaesu FT-991, which does not output any FM data on pin 4.  Instead it puts out de-emphasized audio or the discriminator output on pin 5 depending on which data rate is selected.  Also good for those who want to experiment with feeding audio and discriminator output to their TNC.
